If it isn't right, send it back.
The window
Unworn, unwashed items with tags on can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Drinkware and desk goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start
Email us through the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do — return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Exchanges
Wrong size is an easy fix — we'll swap it for another size in the same style whenever it's in stock.
Damaged or wrong item
Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. That's on us, not you.
Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and checked — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping is refunded only when the return is due to our error.
