Store Policy
All sales are final. Store credit only.
All sales are final on shirts and all Soulstice Lounge merchandise. If there is a problem with your shirt or your order, we will be more than happy to make it right with store credit. We do not issue cash refunds on items — store credit only.
If something's wrong
Reach us through the contact page within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll review it and issue store credit you can use on anything in the shop.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. Because all sales are final, we can't take a shirt back for size — but if we sent the wrong size, that's on us and we'll take care of it.
No cash refunds
No returns for cash, no chargeback-style refunds to your card, and no exceptions for change of mind. Every resolution we offer comes as store credit toward a future order.
Placing an order
By completing checkout you agree to this policy. It applies to shirts, drinkware, desk goods and every other item in the shop.
