Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. Limited drops and bundles may take slightly longer during release weeks — the delay is always noted on the product page.
Rates
Shipping is free on orders over $75. Everything else is calculated live at checkout from your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Taxes and duties, where they apply, are also shown at checkout.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves. If tracking hasn't moved after five business days, contact us and we'll chase it.
Wrong address or missing parcel
Message us as soon as you notice. If the order hasn't shipped we can correct the address; if a delivered parcel never arrived we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
